This info will help you look good while you are working on loosing weight. By just simply dressing according to your body shape, you can look a couple of lbs lighter! Also check out the great toning and exercise tips for your particular shape. If you do the correct exercises for you specific body shape you will get much better results.

There are four main types of body shapes: Apple, Column, Hourglass and Pear.  You may find that you could be a mix of two, but there will be one that you will predominately fit into.
